How much do you charge?

We only charge a fair fee for our work, and we advise all clients in detail about costs at the outset of their Property matter. Every matter is different and the work involved depends on what is contained in the title deeds and any other particular considerations.

We caution all potential clients to be very wary of any firm offering fixed fees or quoting without seeing the title deeds for the property, as they cannot know the work involved and may then cut corners if it turns out to be complicated. You may not find this out until much later, and to your cost.
