Why choose us to handle your Personal Injuries matter?

We have decades of experience with Personal Injuries claims and are experts in the field. We make sure our clients get the best possible outcome in their case.

We take a practical yet sensitive approach to Personal Injuries cases, recognising that the process can be very stressful for the client. We ensure cases are handled professionally and efficiently to bring about the best resolution for the client at the earliest possible opportunity. We treat our clients fairly and never charge fees based on a percentage of damages.

Why do I need a Solicitor for my Personal Injuries claim?

Without the specialist legal knowledge of an expert Solicitor, a claimant may accept a lower settlement than they should get, or even worse, one that does not properly take account of future medical needs and expenses. Claimants are barred from going back to seek more money if it turns out later that a settlement was too low.

In addition, if a claimant rejects a PIAB assessment, it can have serious costs implications if their case goes on to Court and it turns out they were wrong to reject the PIAB assessment. It is therefore crucial to seek specialist legal advice from the start of your claim.

How much do you charge?

We only take on cases where we believe the claim is likely to succeed, with our client’s costs paid by the other side. We never charge fees based on a percentage or proportion of damages recovered. We advise all our clients in detail about their case’s chances of success at the outset.
