“Doing our Wills was on our “to do” list for years, and as soon as we got in touch with Boyle Solicitors, they provided simple advice on what to consider, along with first drafts of the Wills soon after. All our questions were answered in plain English, and we had our Wills done and dusted in no time– the whole thing was made so straightforward and painless. I would highly recommend their professional, efficient and pleasant service.” - Ms M.R., Dublin 2

Why do I need to make a Will?

Your Will ensures your Estate will go to the people you intend to get it — not what the law directs. Making your Will is usually very quick and straightforward, and much cheaper than you might expect.

If you have children under 18, a Will is VITAL to ensure they are looked after if you and their other parent were to die suddenly. If you do not have a Will, then a Court will have to decide who will raise your children and look after their finances. As their parent, you can avoid this by specifying who should do this if it ever comes to pass.

Why choose us to assist with your Will?

We are Wills experts.

All Wills are subject to very specialist and complex legal rules, and what might seem simple to the untrained eye often involves very technical legal considerations. Our specialist legal knowledge means we know what pitfalls to look out for so that we can make your wishes legally binding in your Will.

We make executing a Will a quick and straightforward process. Our clients often comment on the sense of relief they feel, knowing their loved ones are provided for and their wishes will be respected.
