What services do you provide?

We provide a full service for swearing Affidavits, making Statutory Declarations, certifying true copies of original documents and other matters requiring the administration of oaths and affirmations. We normally offer a same-day service and it is not a requirement to be an established client of the firm.

What do I need to bring?

For oaths and affirmations (e.g. swearing Affidavits) or Statutory Declarations, you must bring with you government-issued identification [passport, national identity card or driving licence bearing a photograph of you] and the original document that you wish to swear.

For certified copies, you must bring the original document and the copies that you want us to compare and certify as true copies. We do not provide a copying service but Read’s is a few doors down from our offices.

How much do you charge?

The fees for these services are set by law, at €10 per signature for verifying statements and €2 charge for each exhibit attached to a document. It is €10 for a certified copy.
