How much do you charge?

We never charge fees based on a percentage or proportion of damages recovered. We only take on cases where we are satisfied our client has a stateable claim, i.e. a reasonable chance of winning, and in Ireland the general rule is that ‘costs follow the event’, i.e. the losing side pays the costs of the winning side. We advise all clients in detail about costs at the outset of their case, as every case is different.
