“My husband and I engaged Boyle Solicitors to do our Wills, and are delighted we did. Doing our Wills was on our “to do” list for years, and as soon as we got in touch with them, they provided simple advice on what to consider, along with first drafts of the Wills soon after. All our questions were answered in plain English, and we had our Wills done and dusted in no time– the whole thing was made so straightforward and painless for us. I would highly recommend their professional, efficient and pleasant service.” - Ms M.R., Dublin 2

Why do I need to make a Will?

A valid Will ensures your Estate will pass to the people you wish- not what the law directs. If you have children under 18, a Will is vital to protect them: if you do not have one, then if you and their other parent die suddenly, a Court will decide who will raise and look after your children. We strongly encourage our clients to avoid that possibility by specifying their wishes for their children in their Will.

Why choose us to assist with your Will?

We have the expertise to ensure your wishes are validly reflected in your Will, and we make it a quick, simple and cheap process for our clients. Wills are tricky legal documents, with a lot of potential pitfalls that are not obvious to the untrained eye. Our clients often comment on the sense of relief they feel, knowing their loved ones are provided for after they have executed a valid Will with us.
